Great place

Hi, I'm looking for a two-bedroom apartment to rent.

The place itself looks lovely, with plenty of trees and leisure facilities, and being right across from the Brás CPTM station makes getting around easy. But the day-to-day management has been frustrating for years. Equipment is often out of service, communication and signs are poor, and residents are constantly asked to guide Airbnb guests who get lost in the maze of paths. There are so many short-term rentals that the pool can feel like a SESC on summer weekends. It's not because residents can easily bring guests, since getting a guest spot is almost impossible. Airbnb visitors often seem less careful with the building and less considerate of neighbors, and the resulting complaints don't get resolved. The residents' committee has long been controlled by people with their own interests, including owners who don't live here and rent their units on Airbnb. People who actually live in the building keep facing the same problems. Management, security, and cleaning companies have all been changed several times. Some things may have improved, but issues reported since the condominium opened are still there. I've suggested better wayfinding since the first building manager arrived, but nobody acted until the latest management company. They accepted the idea and asked me to help map the routes. I then created a complete signage project at no cost, using what little rest time I had during the nights while recovering after childbirth. When I asked when it would be put in place, the building manager kept putting me off, first saying they still needed estimates. A year and three months after I submitted it, they held a residents' meeting that only a handful attended. Half of them didn't even live here, they owned Airbnb apartments and thought they knew better than the people who do. In the end, they decided not to use any of my project. All that work went nowhere, even though there was a practical way to fix the problem. It feels like bureaucracy and the interests of people who don't live here are keeping things stuck.

Really lovely place, very organized, with a spacious recreation area, gym, party room, pool, and garage.
