The location is excellent, but this okay hotel badly needs renovation. The elevators are poorly programmed, skipping floors and stopping at several others before getting to the ground floor. When my door lock stopped working, a friendly but ineffective maintenance worker spent 90 minutes trying to open it with the saw blades shown in the photo, then finally drilled out the lock. The lobby staff were much less pleasant and showed little understanding of my frustration. I lost two hours of work in all, and their attitude was arrogant. Disappointing.

There are plenty of nice places to meet nearby. The location is great, right by the subway and Paulista Avenue, with a shopping center across the street.

It's a lovely place. Someone recommended it for a weekend if you're planning to visit Avenue March 25.
