360 For Consolação

Don’t rent from 360 suítes. I’ve had problems with the apartment for over ten days and nobody has sorted them out. I booked one place and was put in another. The air conditioner leaks, and so does the shower enclosure, leaving the bathroom flooded. There’s a musty smell, and the service from 360 has been awful. They make promises, but nothing gets done.

The blanket needed a proper wash. It had little bits stuck all over it, including hairs, and smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned well. We removed the bits and hairs ourselves during the stay. There was also an open plastic wrapper from some candy under the headboard, so the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. They should clean the blanket thoroughly and vacuum the sofa and the apartment too.
