We went past the hotel during a trip and decided to ask for a room for me, my husband, and our two children. The receptionist seemed completely lost, and the room he gave us had one double bed and one single, so the kids had to share. The bathroom glass was fully transparent, looking straight out toward the townhouses across the way. I had to hang a towel over the window to get even a little privacy while showering. There was no room intercom, and the noise made it impossible to rest properly. I told the desk at check-in that we'd stay one night and leave early the next day. When I asked about breakfast, the night attendant said it was included and would be served at 8. Nothing arrived, so at 9 I had to call reception on my own phone. They then brought a very simple breakfast: four cheese breads, four pieces of cake, and four cups of coffee. At checkout, they tried to charge R$ 30 per person for breakfast, even though the night attendant had clearly said it was part of the room rate. I objected and said I could pay, but wouldn't cover a charge that hadn't been mentioned when we arrived. The receptionist then said she would call the police. I told her that was fine and asked her to check with the night attendant, who had said breakfast was included. Only then did she drop the charge. A terrible stay, far below what we expected, with a lack of organization, transparency, and respect for guests.
