There’s constant construction noise, and a lot in the room is broken. The sheets were stained. The gym is bare-bones and was broken most of the time, and none of the services they claim to offer seem to be properly available. There’s nowhere for guests to leave their luggage after checkout before heading to a flight or their next destination. The service is incredibly inept. There seem to be about four security staff, but it takes them ages to open the door whenever you arrive, and they can’t help with even simple tasks. That may be down to the building’s rules rather than the security staff themselves.

The apartment looked lovely, and it was well equipped and comfortable. But the owners should take better care of it. The air conditioner was in terrible, dirty condition, and the bed and bedding were damp. The whole room had a strange, shut-in smell, and the mattress seemed like it had been there a long time. The bathroom cleaning also felt very superficial, with mold all over the upper walls.

I checked in and found the room in the state shown, with traces left by the previous guest. I’d booked one of the top floors based on the site photos, but was given a room on the eighth floor. There was noise all night, and the windows did nothing to block it. A terrible experience.

A terrible mess. There was no control over the rooms, and when I entered mine, other people were staying there. They didn’t arrange another room, so I had to find somewhere else myself. All they sent me was a message saying, “We’re sorry.” I wouldn’t recommend this even to my worst enemy.

We arrived yesterday (22/12), and check-in went very smoothly. The service was really helpful, and the front desk staff were great too. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly. We’ll definitely come back, and we recommend it! 😊
