This is one of the cheaper hotels in Sao Paulo. The price is very good, since it’s hard to find a decent private room for under $30 USD. The Wi-Fi is solid for the area. Breakfast is included, though I mostly liked the coffee and cream. They also serve a bread roll and crackers with condiments. A few things got annoying. You have to ask reception to open the gate whenever you enter or leave, and hand over your key, then ask for it back each time. The garage is right in front of the room, so you have to go through a heavy curtain every time you come and go. The windows wouldn’t close all the way, which let mosquitoes in. It’s a love hotel, so the TVs have a bunch of porn channels, though that didn’t bother me much. The air conditioning and furniture are a bit old, so make sure the AC in your room works. That’s important. The location isn’t dangerous, but it’s inconvenient, right beside the street, with nothing walkable apart from a gas station next door. It’s decent for a budget stay, but I wouldn’t spend too many days here, maybe one or two at most. It seems like it could be a better experience if you have a car, since parking is free.

Terrible place! Reception doesn’t answer the phone, the overnight rate is expensive, and the room is very basic even with a jacuzzi. Breakfast arrived two hours after I asked for it. A really bad experience.

I paid a lot for a really bad stay. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and looked poorly maintained, and the garage gate wasn't automatic. There were four porn channels and six channels for Mass and evangelical churches. The price was completely out of proportion to what you got.

The room was spotless, the menu was very affordable, and the service was lovely from start to finish. I didn't stay for breakfast, though I expect it’s good. I loved everything and would definitely recommend it.

The complimentary breakfast was meager: milk, coffee, tiny portions of margarine and two jams, a few plain crackers, and two French rolls with just one knife and a small spoon. Two slices each of cheese and ham would have been the bare minimum, especially since some listings call it a semi-lunch. The baskets holding the bread and crackers were grimy, and I even took a photo. We told reception we were leaving, then heard someone trying to come into the room while we were still inside. That was really awkward. There wasn't a table or even any stools in the room, either. We booked a suite with a jacuzzi through Booking. Arriving was confusing: the gate opened, but nobody came out to help us. The place clearly needs repairs. We found ants, a bathroom door without a lock, an old stained decorative picture, yellowed curtains, and a strong musty smell that would be awful for anyone with allergies. The bath towels were sealed in bags and had a strong smell I couldn't identify. The bathroom sink drained only drop by drop, and the jacuzzi drain was clogged with hair. There were mold stains on the ceiling, and we couldn't use the jacuzzi because the confusing control wasn't clearly marked. One valve controlled either the shower or the tub, depending on which way you turned it. When I called reception, they offered to send maintenance to the room. In a private motel room, having a stranger come in felt like too much, so we declined. It was also the first motel I've stayed at that didn't provide free slippers. They sold disposable EVA pairs for R$ 8. This review won't fix the problems, and the place is old enough that they could have dealt with them already. I'm sharing this for anyone looking for somewhere to relax with their partner without running into these kinds of hassles.
