This was the worst Charlie I’ve stayed at. Both air conditioners failed in the middle of summer, and no water came out of the shower, so taking a shower was impossible. The lack of maintenance is extreme.

I’ve never had service this bad. As a customer, I felt humiliated. The company didn’t have a single employee on site to help me. I arrived with a reservation and nobody was there to assist, except the security guard, whose job isn’t customer service. All I can say is, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

The location was great, but this wasn’t one of Charlie’s better stays. The apartment needed maintenance, wasn’t clean, and the TV didn’t work.
