The room was small, clean, and well cared for, which we appreciated. But getting checked in took an hour and a half, and then we waited another 20 minutes to store our belongings while they looked for someone with the locker key. There were three people at the front desk and nobody else waiting, yet everything moved incredibly slowly. At checkout, we asked to leave our backpacks for just an hour, but were told we’d have to pay extra. The facilities are fine, but the service needs work. Better efficiency and flexibility with basic things like check-in and luggage storage would make a big difference.

I think the woman at the desk was called jezee, though I may have spelled it wrong. She made this the most pleasant stay I’ve had in years, and I also had the best sleep in years on the most comfortable bed you could imagine.

The room was nice, though the heating was slow and sometimes erratic. Check-in went smoothly, and the front desk managers were really friendly and did their best to communicate with me even though they didn’t speak English.

The room was very clean and quite pleasant, though small. It was just right for a one-night stay. I spent more than 45 minutes looking for parking, then found free street parking on a road behind the hotel, about a 5-10 minute walk away. The area didn’t feel particularly unsafe, so it was okay.
