Worst construction company there is. My window has been leaking for a year, damaging the floor and ruining all the woodwork. A wooden panel even fell and put everyone at risk, and they still haven't fixed anything.

This company doesn't follow the law. It passes the individual registration fee on to the customer, which is illegal under Law No. 4.591/64, and charges condominium fees before handing over the keys. If you buy a property from them, sue. I've never seen a company so underhanded and irregular.

Don't buy the OY campo belo project. Go see OY Frei Caneca first. It looks like an unfinished building, with poor finishing, sewer drains at the entrance, and things badly installed. The standard feels like Minha Casa Minha Vida housing in an upscale area. It's so below the area's standard that it really stands out. You buy it, and its value drops as soon as you try to sell.

The condo fees are high, the developer seems to care very little about all the problems in the common areas, and the builder hasn't honored several warranties. Neighbors argue and insult each other in the WhatsApp groups, nearly coming to blows over how angry they are about the building's problems. Never again with You and Rocontec.

The building has excellent facilities and is in a very good spot, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other shops nearby.
