The studio is well set up, but comfort is lacking. The mattress has a dip and gives me back pain. The bathroom sink is tiny, with hardly any room for shampoo or conditioner, and the bathroom bin is awful. The closets need maintenance too. All the bedding is old, the fitted sheet doesn't stay in place, and the blankets smell bad. The elevator is very old, though that's due to the building's structure. There's a school nearby, so the area is noisy.

It's a pleasant, easy-to-reach place. The building and apartment are old, but well looked after, freshly painted, clean, and cozy. The main concern was the lack of a safety barrier on the windows, such as bars or screens, to prevent children from falling. It was also very cold, and there was a lot of noise overnight from the streets out front, where there's a bus terminus, and from behind the building, where there's a school for young children. The school noise came between 5 and 7 a.m. The bedroom windows are aluminum louvered style, with glass on only one side.

It's tiny, but manageable for a short stay. Basic maintenance is lacking: the soap holder in the shower is broken, both drains are damaged, and one is clogged. The shower enclosure needs a better seal because water runs onto the room floor. There's no air conditioning. The only fan is small, noisy, needs cleaning, and sits over the bed. Still, you can get by here for a short stay.

The outdoor area has a barbecue and garden, and the kitchen is thoughtfully laid out. The apartment is well divided and functional, in a good location. Its electrical and plumbing installations are great. The furniture is good quality, the mattresses are new and comfortable, and the shower is great.
