The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, but the hotel itself was a letdown. It’s very old, and the rooms need renovation. The double bed felt small, and the wardrobe smelled moldy, as did the blankets. The shower stall was tiny, with nowhere to put shampoo or soap. Everything else was poor too, and the price is far too high for what you get. I wouldn’t recommend it.

A practical, peaceful stay, with courteous service and rooms and common areas that were pleasant. The location in São Paulo is excellent, with easy access to many parts of the city. The setup works well for both business and leisure trips.

Everything was clean, and I thought the place was really nice. I suspect they have rooms a bit better than the one I stayed in, but mine was fine for what I came to do.

The staff were polite and helpful, and I found it good value for money. It’s also very conveniently placed, close to Avenida Paulista and Rua Augusta.
