The breakfast was okay, though I hope they change at least some of the choices every day or two. Staying a while would make the same options feel repetitive. The place is clean, and the rooms have air conditioning. It's a short three-minute walk to a great shopping mall. The hotel isn't super upscale, but it's nice and should meet most people's needs. We ran into some noise from the renovations when we arrived, but the staff were amazing. They really cared about us and didn't blame us or make us feel bad about bringing it up. They listened professionally, moved us, and even tried to upgrade us. We have a child with special needs, and they were patient, understanding, and accommodating with all our concerns. Everyone was helpful, including the cleaning ladies. I also had trouble rebooking online because my payment card needed to verify my phone number, which I couldn't access. The staff kindly helped me book at the cheaper online price I'd found. They understood the difficulty and made it easy. I was impressed by how professionally the hotel is run and how much the staff care about customers and try to help. I highly recommend staying here. Much respect to the Brazilian staff and the business.

The rooms next door are a little audible, and I can imagine it being a lot if those guests were loud. Still, we spent a couple of nights here and had a great stay. The room was big and had a small balcony, breakfast was nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Valet parking was nice, too.

A special thanks to Glauber at the front desk. He kindly and professionally handled an important issue for me, then moved me to a room that suited my needs. He was wonderful and made the stay exceptional. The staff were helpful whenever anything came up, and I was impressed by the room and service. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner in the dining room was excellent quality at a fair price. I'd definitely return to Blue Tree Towers!

They seemed more concerned with tracking the minibar than keeping the room clean or making sure we had towels. The water stopped working for a day, and it took two days to get the toilet fixed so we could use it again.
