I felt misled because the pictures on the app and website don’t match what’s there. The hotel is really dated, with old, thin, uncomfortable beds and mattresses. There were lots of moldy cupboards behind the bed, and the shower drain was in such bad shape I nearly hurt myself stepping on it. The site says parking is free, but it costs R$ 20 a day. Despite that, given the location and São Paulo prices, it’s still worthwhile.

The price is great, the rooms are clean, and there’s a garage where you can leave your car.

A really nice place. In terms of treating people like people, this hotel somehow puts the big hotels to shame. It’s the first hotel where “make yourself at home” actually felt true. My wife and I asked to extend our stay, expecting a charge, but for once a hotel didn’t charge us. I’m speechless.
