It's not all bad, but the maid only comes once a week, and even then the work takes a while.

It was okay.

I stayed here for an event in September, and things went smoothly from making the reservation to picking up the keys. I got good help over WhatsApp, since there's no reception. My room was on the top floor, with a pleasant little outdoor area where you could relax if you're with someone. It was cozy and nicely set up, with a kitchen, washing machine, fridge, and everything you might need to feel at home. They make it clear there's no breakfast, so you're on your own for that. There's a restaurant 50 meters away and a bakery 300 meters away. The nightly rate was 200 reais. The double bed mattress needs replacing. It dips in the middle, and the springs seem loose and squeak. A little plastic shower curtain would also help keep the small bathroom from getting soaked. The shower itself was lovely.

We stayed for a weekend, and the accommodation matched what the listing promised. It was very clean and organized, and we got all the support we needed with check-in, parking, the stay, and checkout. Anyone who knows São Paulo and how useful it is to have easy access to the main roads and highways will appreciate the location. The service team was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We'll be back.
