Complete Stay With Pool, Near the Metro and Praca da Se APS

It was a nice place to have, even though the apartment was small, cramped, and expensive.

The female residents walk around almost naked, and there’s a constant stream of people going in and out through the doorman’s gate, with no sense of modesty.

The location is one of the best things about Conde de Sarzedas, 135. Markets, restaurants, public transit, and more are nearby, while the neighborhood still feels residential and peaceful. Since moving in, I’ve come to feel at home here, even though I rent through Airbnb. The residents get along, the building works well, and the little details are cared for. There’s a self-service laundry in the building, which is a big help. After paying steep prices at commercial laundries, I appreciate that this costs about half as much and means I don’t have to go elsewhere. The 24-hour front desk also helps me feel safe, with someone on hand day and night. The apartments are compact but thoughtfully laid out, so everything has its place. The building is well equipped and the space feels welcoming. For a short or longer stay, Conde de Sarzedas, 135 has made daily life convenient, comfortable, and affordable for me.

We had a great stay in this building through an Airbnb rental. I think it may be the best place to stay in downtown São Paulo.
