We showed up with a reservation we’d made a month earlier, but the hotel was overbooked and had no room for us. Communication was really poor.

I wouldn’t recommend it, and I don’t plan to come back. Check-in is very late, at 4 pm. They advertise premium towels, but ours were old and smelled bad. I complained by email and got no response. The apartment’s filter doesn’t chill the water either. Towels, soap, and toilet paper are only replenished every three days, and I didn’t see that mentioned in the listing.

The service was excellent. I really liked my accommodation too, the room was clean and tidy.

The customer service was awful, just horrible. They treated the customer with disregard and no humanity.

Good value for the money, and the place was clean, spacious, and well organized. The location was great too.
