The staff were really friendly, polite, and respectful, and they spoke both Portuguese and English. I loved that guests are encouraged to reuse their towels, though there wasn't a recycling bin in the room. My room was on the 13th floor with a beautiful view, a very comfortable bed, and a nice bathtub. I ordered salmon with vegetables and puree through room service on the last night, and it was delicious and arrived quickly. There's also free afternoon coffee or tea and bites for everyone staying there. Breakfast was an amazing spread, with fruit, cereal, baked goods, eggs, well-cooked meat, good coffee, juice, and more. This was by far the best hotel experience I've had.

The area felt safe, with plenty of good restaurants, grocery shops, and other everyday stores nearby. The rooms are large, and staff are available around the clock. Some people at reception can speak both English and Portuguese.

The staff are excellent, and it's a good place to stay around Berrini Av. The room feels like a small apartment, though it doesn't have a microwave. The bed and restroom were comfortable too.

It was fine for a night or two, but for a little more money you can get a more modern hotel. The basic setup here feels old, even though it's been kept up. There was just one older-style AC system in the room, and it wasn't enough to cool the whole space. The bathroom was okay, but the WC and faucets looked old and a bit stained, not dirty. By today's hotel standards, the place leans toward obsolete.
