We'd arrived early on our flight from the US and were utterly exhausted. Reginaldo, I hope I have his name spelled right, could tell we needed help and was enormously accommodating to my family. His customer service was top-tier, and it makes me want to return again and again.

The rooms were okay and clean, and the location is good, but the construction noise went on all day and made it impossible to work or relax. They said it would continue for another 4 months, and guests should be told before booking. The pool was dirty and unusable, and the gym was old. The staff member who checked me in was rude, and they're very strict about check-in times.

This is my second stay, five years after the first. Not much has changed, though breakfast has gotten a bit worse. The staff were helpful and nice, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Wifi is good, but I sometimes have trouble connecting.

The location is good, and some staff are helpful, but after two years away I found the decor much the same and the service worse. Internet problems make it extremely hard to get any work done. There's no do not disturb sign for the door, which is badly needed, and light from the hallway shines under the door into the room all night. The rooms and restaurant are old and outdated, and the rooms are overpriced for what you get. The restaurant has no plant-based options, and the food isn't very healthy. This was definitely my last stay. Luckily, I had internet on my phone so I could write this review.

The staff were super nice, the building was pleasant, and the price was pretty good. The hotel is in a nice area, about 7 blocks from the world-famous shopping center Paulista Ave. My room had a balcony that wasn't covered in netting, which was a nice change. It was a nice place to stay in the legendary city of Sao Paulo, and I'd stay again. The room was a good size and had a bathtub, which seems rare these days. Breakfast with coffee was included. Plant-based choices could be better, since it was basically bread and fruit, though one employee kindly offered my friend some bread. The hair products they provide are cheap, but what can you expect? There's only one American outlet, so bring an adapter.
