Grand Vitrali

My first experience with Yume Studios Gestao e Servicos Administrativos Ltda at GRAND VITRALI has been awful, especially in terms of professionalism. On arrival, the front desk team hadn't been given our details. On the second day we found two cockroaches and a spider in the room. My wife is afraid of spiders and was exhausted from traveling; all she wanted was a shower and some rest, and she couldn't even get that. They claim Yume has 24-hour service at the front desk, but that isn't true: the front desk has to contact their team. The building was barely delivered and they're already taking reservations freely, even though the common areas are difficult to use. On the 26th floor, a dog barked all day, and drilling continued all day as if work on the building was still going on. The elevators were covered in dirt and dust, and the apartment was dusty throughout from the construction, including the furniture. The blanket was stained with dirt from some supposed previous guest. Then Yume support made no effort to fix anything, and I had to find somewhere else in a hurry, paying more. We booked through BOOKING, not AIRBNB, and during a one-week stay they didn't even come by to tidy the room. I'm extremely upset and will never have another experience with them. I don't recommend apartments managed by Yume, not even to my worst enemy. It's upsetting to have to write this, but their customer support was completely inadequate.

The condo is in a very good location, but the service from Yume was disappointing, and I'd suggest finding another apartment manager in the building. Other companies seem to manage apartments there too, judging by the doormats. The building is still under construction, and Yume's management seems very disorganized. We booked two apartments. The WhatsApp contact on Yume's website didn't receive our messages. On check-in day, Mrs. Nathalia got in touch and did try to help, but one guest still had to enter without bedding or towels. After a lot of arguing and persistence, the bedding arrived after 4 p.m. My room didn't even have toilet paper. When I asked about it at the end of the day, I got no reply. The next day they said I hadn't specified which room lacked toilet paper, though I'd written, “My room has no toilet paper.” The bedding was stained and looked poorly washed, and the pillows were so light they seemed like the R$5 kind. The attention to detail and service were lamentable.

The building is brand new and the location is excellent, but there's a really bad smell coming up through the sewage pipes. In the morning, if the sink is uncovered or the bathroom isn't covered, it's impossible to breathe. You need to fix this. And there's a lot of noise, really a lot.

I stayed at Gran Vitrali and had a great experience. The condo and location are excellent, the building is all new, and it was quiet. I recommend it!
