Hotel B Plaza

Just a little nap...

Pretty good.

It's worth it.

The only bright spot was the two women who were extremely kind and helpful. Everything else was so bad that my four-day stay didn't even last a day and a half. The hotel was a huge case of false advertising, so don't be taken in by the photos. First, I was put in a room without a single power outlet. I asked to move, and a very attentive employee let me switch rooms. But the shower in the new room was cold. When I mentioned it, the employee on duty said, "that happens." I asked to change rooms again, but was told I'd already switched once, so I had to take a cold shower. It was 13ºC outside. The Wi-Fi didn't work either, and when I went to reception, the person in charge was asleep on the sofa. Nobody answered when I called reception. At breakfast, the choices were packet juice, salty crackers, cornstarch biscuits, melon, and pineapple. The woman in the kitchen was very kind and brought me water, apologizing that there was no bread. I ordered on ifood, and the delivery driver waited half an hour because the attendant didn't even know which room I was in. The photos don't match the place. I had to find another place to stay in an emergency to finish my trip. Cold showers, no Wi-Fi, crackers and packet juice, and I only just managed to get a room with an outlet.
