The location was lovely, and the stairs were manageable since I had company and we could carry the cart up together. The noise was what made the stay difficult. With drywall walls, you can hear everything from next door, plus the constant corridor noise and doors opening and closing. I came back tired from Brás and couldn't rest, especially with a nearby guest speaking loudly on video calls. I told the hotel team, but nothing changed. I asked to switch rooms and was told they were full, with only a room in the neighboring property available for an extra charge. It was disappointing. They should put up quiet signs and tell guests about the rule when they book.
