Saint Lawrence - 30m Metrô Paraíso

HORRIBLE The room looked inviting at first, with nice décor, a comfortable bed, and good features. But the stay was badly affected by the noise. The room is very poorly soundproofed, so conversations and sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway carry clearly. Street noise also comes in, especially through the balcony door and window, which don’t seal properly. On top of that, construction next to the hotel starts very early every day, making it nearly impossible to rest in the morning. If you want a relaxing vacation, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Neither the hotel nor Hotels.com offered any help. I reported the problem, and the platform said they couldn’t reach the company managing the room. It makes me wonder whether I’d have been left without help if something urgent or more serious had happened. The place may look appealing, but the support and quiet you need to feel comfortable leave a lot to be desired.
