The apartment was spotless and cozy, with lots of features. I'm really enjoying my stay!

4/10
The apartment itself was clean and nice, with a balcony and AC. The location is good, and there's 24-hour security, which I appreciated. The gym is okay and next to the pool and dry sauna and hamnam (steam spa). After 2 pm, the sun disappears behind the buildings. I rented through Expedia, but the WhatsApp customer service was terrible. The staff seemed confused and never followed up on the problem. They asked when I was checking out before I was even checked in, and I had booked two apartments on one reservation, but they argued that I had only one. They only communicated in Portuguese, so I had to use Google Translate every time, while they never did. The kitchen had just one fork, one knife, and one spoon, with no bowls. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival, or basics like salt, pepper, or a bag of coffee for the first day. I wouldn't stay again.

The savory breakfast dishes were good, but the selection of sweets wasn't great. That was the only letdown.

Spotlessly clean, in a fantastic location, and the continental breakfast was wonderful.

The room was great and the location is good. The WiFi could use improvement.
