Hotel Flor Paulista

Absolutely awful.

The room smelled strongly of paint, and its window wouldn't close. On top of that, I was told my 10-year-old sister couldn't stay without her mother's signed and notarized authorization. This happened on Saturday night, when what notary office would even be open? We were asked to leave the hotel at 10 p.m. and had to look for somewhere else at the last minute. I had booked two nights so I could see my sister. When I spoke with the manager, she suggested my sister could sleep at the hotel, so I went to another city to pick her up, thinking she could just spend the day with me and I would pay the extra. We went in, then soon after got a call asking my sister to come down from the room. It was completely disrespectful and inhumane. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I won't go back or recommend it.

It's a decent option if you need to get around the nearby area, and the accommodation matches the low price. The hotel could really use some freshening up. I think that would bring them more business and leave guests more satisfied.

The bathroom was dark, with a glass door, and breakfast was pretty weak. I stayed one night and came away unhappy. There were no towels or bath mats in the room. When I asked, they only had bath towels, not face towels, and there wasn't a blanket either.
