They canceled my reservation on the day I was due to arrive, while I was already driving from Rio to São Paulo, because my dog weighs 25 kg. They claim to be pet friendly, but only accept dogs up to 9 kg, and you also have to book a specific room category. I had booked that category. I offered to pay an extra fee and explained that my dog is one year old, well behaved, and would not be left alone. I was only stopping in the city to rest after a 6.5-hour drive. If pets are allowed only under those rules, I wouldn't call that pet friendly. I don't recommend this for pet owners.

The place was close to lots of interesting spots, and breakfast was good. My room was small but comfortable and clean, and the bathroom and shower were great. The gym was strange and hard to use. I'd come back!

The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, which was the only downside. Everything else was great: clean pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, good air conditioning, and really friendly staff. It's pet friendly, too. They adopted a stray dog who stays at the hotel 24 hours a day. I'd come back.

The rooms are super quiet, and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of fruit, pastries, and cereal to choose from. The least expensive rooms are small, but still feel cozy. It seems like a renovation that was done really well. I totally recommend it.

The room was comfortable, and the pool was warm. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the service was good. The gym could be bigger, but that wasn't a problem since there are good alternatives nearby. My only concern was that they provide just one pillow per person unless you ask for more.
