I only lasted 10 minutes. When I checked the closet for linens, I found about seven dead waterbugs or roaches. I’m visiting from the United States, and I know no place is perfect, but I didn’t want to stay. The manager offered another room, yet I left and went to the other hotel where I’d stayed the week before. He wouldn’t refund me or remove the charge from my card. I just left.

There was a lot of yelling and street noise at night, and the neighborhood felt run-down, with lots of homeless people around. The hotel itself was very dirty. I strongly recommend staying far away from this hotel and this area of São Paulo. I wish I’d seen a report like this before staying here!

The price is good and breakfast is good too, though the rooms are small.

The hotel feels pretty old, and the stay was okay. The staff were really nice to me and my girlfriend.
