We chose this hotel for its good location near 25 de Março, but what a disappointment. On the very first day, the room was dusty, the blanket smelled used, and the floor was clearly filthy. We still have four nights left. The room phone doesn't work, so I had to go to reception in person to report everything. The TV remote doesn't work either. The only solution they offered was to hand us clean bedding so we could change it ourselves. I'm really upset with my experience. I expected much better care, cleanliness, and support for guests.
