The employees are really nice and customer service was good, so the problems weren't their fault. The walls are thin enough that you hear noise from other rooms, the internet is bad, and the bed is hard and uncomfortable. Maybe that's normal for a low-budget hotel in Brazil, but if you want somewhere cleaner and more comfortable, you might want to rent elsewhere.

The cappuccino was the highlight for me, absolutely delicious without any sugar. This three-star hotel has a bit of everything, and breakfast was solid, but the picanha at dinner was rough and hard, not premium meat. The TV was big, but its coaxial connection made cable look like antenna quality. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable too. The AC worked well until maintenance came to fix a bad light bulb. After they left, it wouldn't work. They said it was too late to fix that night, then came the next day and took the remote. I called reception because I couldn't adjust the temperature, but no one fixed it. For my last three nights I had to reach up and switch the AC on and off by hand.

I booked from the 13th to the 26th, but the room was so outdated it felt more like a motel than a four-star hotel, and it looked nothing like the photos. My room was by the elevator, with almost no soundproofing, and the noise and uncomfortable bed made me ask at the front desk if I could leave early and get the rest of my room payment back. They agreed, so I checked out on the 16th. Since I had prepaid, I expected a refund, but afterward the hotel denied the agreement and refused to return the money. They're still holding up to 3000 ries. Don't stay here.

Nothing special, just an okay place. The rooms are clean, though they have a strange smell, maybe because people open the windows to smoke. Room service has no way to know you don't want to be disturbed, so they'll knock. The gym barely works, and filling a cup from the water there takes so long you may want to plan ahead.
