Hotel Laghetto Stilo São Paulo

We were there for just one night before flying back to London. The price was good, and the staff gave brilliant service, helping us with everything despite the language barrier. Reception were especially helpful with our questions. Breakfast in the morning could have a better selection, but it was still a five-plus-star stay for us.

I’ve stayed at a couple of other hotels in São Paulo, and this one suited me really well. The rooms were clean and breakfast had plenty of variety. What stood out most was the care from the fantastic team. Everyone at reception was helpful, and Mr.Celso was amazing. Reception and customer care were a real highlight.

We had a lovely stay. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk to Paulista Avenue, with a convenience store just a minute away and a fuel station across the road. Reception spoke good English. The hotel feels very modern, and the rooms are lovely, with a huge bed and a great bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfast is included and very good. There’s no swimming pool, but they do offer complimentary iced tea, coffee, and juice in the lobby.

The staff really made our stay, especially the dining room employees at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I wish I’d taken photos or written down their names because they were the best. The food in the dining room was great, and breakfast was fabulous. The hotel’s location was great too, and we appreciated having a little fridge in the room. Wi-Fi was good and the shower worked well, though the bed felt a bit too hard for me. I’d suggest soft-close doors and toilet seat lids, since people slam the doors and seats. With those changes, I’d give it full marks. I WOULD RECOMMEND.
