Felipe Goncalves and Adriano made my stay much easier and more comfortable. They were especially helpful with the laundry system. I’m a foreigner, don’t speak the language, didn’t know how to use the APP, and don’t have a CPF. Adriano speaks English well and helped me understand and translate the system, and both Felipe G and Adriano went out of their way to assist me. I really valued their help. They’re great employees who clearly care about their work. Their service, attention to detail, and care for guests are top notch. They deserve a raise!

My apartment was extremely clean and organized, and I loved the experience. The condominium has a great setup, with a bike room, gym, coworking space, laundry, and pool. Reception staff were very polite and cordial. The location is excellent, just a 14-minute walk to Allianz and next to the future Metrô Perdizes.

This is my favorite place to stay in São Paulo. It’s easy to get to key parts of the city, and you can walk to Allianz. The condominium has everything I need, including a gym, pool, coworking space, laundry, and pet area. The reception team is very polite.
