The welcome from the staff was friendly throughout, and breakfast was tasty with a good range of choices. It’s served on the 7th floor, which has a beautiful view. The furniture looks a little dated, though it’s in good shape and well maintained. The air conditioning works very well, but can get a bit noisy. My only other gripe was the cups in the room, which looked cloudy, as if they’d been washed without rinse aid or not polished properly.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, but they knew almost no English. Cleaning was average, not great. I’d booked a double room for myself, and the gap between the bed and wardrobe was just wide enough to squeeze through.

It’s a standard hotel, but has what you need for a stay in SP. Check-in was easy, the staff seemed friendly and professional, and the buffet breakfast was good. The room was small but comfortable, with plenty in the minibar as well as extra snacks.

The room was very comfortable and had everything I expected for what I paid. The breakfast was great, and the hotel is in a safe area of São Paulo. I highly recommend it!
