The hotel is very well located, with friendly, helpful staff and nice rooms. On this visit I noticed the hallways, especially the baseboards, were showing their age, with cracks and flaking paint. Also, for the first time in over 15 years of staying here, there was no safe in the room. It shouldn't take much to fix, and I'll keep coming back.

The bed was amazing and the shower incredible. The team was friendly, and everything was in good condition. It was a very nice hotel, but expensive for one night, especially with no breakfast.

The service was great, and they kept bringing unlimited coffee to our room. Breakfast tasted good, though it could use more choices and labels showing what kind of meat each dish contains. The elevators were a little small and slow. The pool was dirty for the first few days, but then they cleaned it. I recommend it 👍🏻🙂

The rooms were clean and tidy, the location was good, and breakfast was good quality. It's a good hotel, though the price is relatively high.

We stayed for two weeks, and my son was disappointed that he couldn't swim on any day. The pool had completely still water, and I worried it could harbor bacteria. Our apartment was on the sixth floor, where construction was underway, with dust everywhere, including inside. They changed the sheets but didn't wipe or clean the floors or walls. First they gave us a room without a safe, then moved us to one with a safe in another building, where the lobby was closed. For the entire two weeks, we had to take a lift, go underground, and take another lift to reach the apartment. This feels like a 2- or 3-star hotel. They don't seem to care for people on holiday, only business guests.
