La Torre Hotel Butantã

My reservation at another place was canceled on the day of my event, so I got in touch with the team at hotel La Torre. They got back to me really quickly and found me a room even though the hotel was full. It was small but extremely clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, and parking was included. The hotel and the whole team deserve congratulations. Thanks to everyone for the service. I hope I can come back again.

This is a good hotel if you're not looking for luxury. The room was clean, organized, and functional, but the attentive service is what stands out. I had an incident with my vehicle in the parking lot, and the person in charge handled it very quickly and politely. Congratulations to the team.

If you're after a simple place with great service, I highly recommend it. I'll stay there on my next trip.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good, and it was an affordable, comfortable place to spend the night. The problem was that the room phone had no dial tone, so we couldn't reach reception. They also have a card for ordering room service, but it doesn't work all day, and they don't give good information about that menu. Everything else was fine. Maybe if they improve these things, we'll happily come back. Please keep improving every day.
