The shared spaces are excellent and well equipped, with home office rooms for meetings, a pool, gym, party room, barbecue area, and a lovely gourmet lounge. There are great bakeries, sweet shops, and markets close by, and the metro is only three minutes from the building.
I really enjoyed working on Nex One Gentil de Moura, and I made some very good sales there. The units I offer are studios of 27 m², one-bedroom apartments of 33 m², and two-bedroom apartments of 45 m². The address is Av. Gentil de Moura, 134, Ipiranga. Go 150 ms uphill to the intersection with Rua Vergueiro, where Rua Santa Cruz starts just across the way. About 80 ms downhill is Metrô Alto do Ipiranga, and Avenida Nazaré is three blocks away. Follow that avenue for 2,5 km to reach Hospital Ipiranga and the "Complexo do Museu, Monumento e Parque do Ipiranga, inaugurados respectivamente em 1895 e 1922". On 07/12/2022, I walked past the building under construction. There's a busy bus stop nearby, but no protective fence, making the area dangerous for pedestrians. Fresh cement can fall on people, too. It happened to me. Be careful when passing through.
Modern, compact apartments in an excellent location.
I'm loving the building and its location. It's a wonderful place and well situated.
