Paulista Acomodação

Nice.

I stayed in the suite at the end of January 2026 while traveling alone, and I thought it was wonderful. The bathroom was large, the shower felt great, and the room was very clean. The location is wonderful, right next to paulista and 700m from brigadeiro and trianon/masp metro stations. The place feels very safe :) And dona Carmem is a great host!

The location in Bela Vista is fantastic, on a street parallel to Avenida Paulista and near Trianon station. It's also close to Bixiga, on a quiet street that seems safe. There's an OXO on the corner that comes in handy. My arrival was pretty stressful. Nobody answered the door or replied to my WhatsApp or app messages. To make things worse, there was a For Sale sign on the property, and people nearby couldn't tell me if it was an inn. I asked three neighbors, including a woman sitting outside with a beer who said nobody lived there. Tired from traveling and carrying my backpack, I started thinking it was a scam and spent about 15 minutes knocking before the owner appeared, just as I was about to give up and nearly having a heart attack. Some care around arrivals would help. It was also unpleasant that the bathroom for my room was outside it, so I had to walk through the whole house whenever I needed it. Otherwise, everything was good and comfortable, and my room even had a view of the antenna on Avenida Paulista.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and there were lots of pictures and paintings around. The central location was handy, with bakeries nearby and Avenida Paulista just a short walk away. Carmem was so sweet, Arthur was very kind, and their dogs were beautiful. I loved it and had a great time.
