The location worked perfectly for our plans. We stayed here for six nights spread across a ten-day period, and the hosts were extremely accommodating. They let us check in early and kept our bags after checkout.

The rooms were spacious and really nice, and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the area felt safe for booking a taxi or Uber. Highly recommend it.

My room was roomy, clean, and had everything I needed to work and unwind. The other guests were so friendly, and helped me with tips and my luggage. When I got in late at night, the restaurant nearby saved me from going hungry or waiting ages for food. I ordered a delicious salmon risotto and would recommend it.

The staff were nice enough, but the hotel itself was awful. My first room looked like a bad student dorm, and the second was only a bit better. I had to switch because the AC wasn't working, and I was given two little beds instead of one big one. The carpet smelled musty and breakfast was TERRIBLE. The place looks nothing like the website. AVOID.

They made me feel welcome again for my fourth visit, from check-in through the everyday things. I got the high floor and view I wanted, and housekeeping was always miraculous, even when I left the room late. The whole stay was pleasant. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Sao Paulo.
