The owner is a really nice guy, breakfast is awesome, and there’s parking for a reasonable price. The place itself is small, cute, and comfy. It’s close to good bars, places to eat, and Av Paulista, and I felt fine walking around there. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly in my room, and I did miss having a TV. Still, I really like the place and hope to stay again on my next visit to Sao Paulo.

The hosts really want guests to be comfortable. There are extra blankets in the rooms, and the beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean and fresh, and breakfast is amazing. The hosts are so helpful. The wife speaks English, while the husband only speaks Portuguese, and they’ll tell you about cool places nearby. There’s a salsa club downstairs until 8pm. Wi-Fi is great in the upper rooms. In rooms 6-8 it’s slower, but still works fine. Definitely saved as one of my favourites.

The hotel is neat and tidy, and the price is very good for what you get. The downside is that there’s no air conditioning in the rooms.
