The location, breakfast, and staff were really good, but the room problems made the stay frustrating. We had to move twice because of AC noise. The third room was an accessible room, but water was leaking and the drains were clogged. We checked in at 14:00, and between the maintenance work and room changes, we could finally relax around 18:00. This place needs urgent maintenance.

The hotel looks plain, but the rooms are modern and really good. Staff and service were great, and breakfast was good too.

We booked through Airbnb, and despite having a verified booking, we weren't allowed into the hotel when we arrived. Getting into the room took a while, and when we finally did, it was filthy. It wasn't cleaned until the next day, after several stressful arguments. The location is good, but the hassle wasn't worth it, and I'll stay somewhere else next time. The gym is also tiny, basic, rundown, and needs a thorough cleaning.

The room was good and as expected, and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was served in a clean, bright, organized space, with yogurt, two kinds of natural fruit juice, water, cereal, sausage, pão de queijo, fried eggs, assorted breads, and a cake that varies by day. Internet speed could be better, but the rest was great. Some guests refused to wear masks in the main-floor restaurant. When that happened, staff handled it very professionally and politely explained the sanitary and safety rules.
