I live in this residential complex now, and it’s a cozy place in a quiet area. You can walk to plenty of places nearby. The apartment is small, with just one bedroom, but enough for two people without kids. I’d recommend it for couples or someone living alone.

For someone working at TOTVs and living alone, or for a couple, it’s hard to find a better place. The building has impeccable finishes and plenty of leisure facilities, including a great gym and a 25-meter lap pool that’s covered and heated.

Great apartments for a couple or someone living alone. It’s right by Bras Leme and close to everything.

The condominium looks beautiful, but some apartments have become real slums because of how badly certain residents behave. Parties, fights, and shouting carry on late into the night and even the early morning, loud enough to hear from Av Braz Leme. It’s a shame that people with no consideration are bringing down a development meant to be something quite different.
