Rosemari's Apartments Sao Joao

Ananda, the manager, made a real difference throughout my stay. She was polite, quick to answer, and always ready to help, which made everything feel easy and reassuring. The apartment itself was just as described, comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the location was great too. I’d happily stay here again.

I stayed four days in January/26, in apartments 145 and 183, and came away with lots of good things to say. Both places were clean, cozy, and well equipped. The building was organized and felt safe, with 24-hour security, a gym, and a pool available. The location worked perfectly for me. I took Uber everywhere and had no trouble getting one, even when I came back in the early hours. I liked it a lot and recommend it. A couple of things I didn’t know beforehand, which didn’t affect my stay but might matter to someone else: in apto 145, the bathroom is inside the bedroom, so people sleeping in the living room had to keep going through the bedroom at night to use it. In apto 183, the bathroom is outside the bedroom, but the bedroom has no door and is joined to the living room, with only a TV panel dividing the spaces. That could be awkward if someone wants privacy while another person sleeps in the living room. The sofa bed in 183 also isn’t very comfortable, though it’s sleepable. Kudos to everyone. I’ll definitely be back.
