Alex, the manager, was fantastic, one of the nicest, calmest, gentlest people I've ever met. He and the team made me feel at home. My room was perfect, and the location made it easy to drive around the city, despite the crazy traffic. I was there on an aviation photography trip. Breakfast at the buffet had just about everything you could want. The evening menu was good too, with alcoholic drinks available. They didn't have non-alcoholic beer, but the little shop across the road did. They let me bring my own into the restaurant. I'd recommend staying here and hope to return soon. Thanks again.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. A special thanks to ALEX, who stayed calm under extreme pressure and was exceptionally kind and devoted to customer service. I stayed with a friend for a week at the beginning of November. Our room was comfortable and clean, with comfy beds and a great shower, and it looked out over the runway threshold. Breakfast had a great range, and the restaurant food in the evening was very good.

It's not expensive, seems safe, and is very well located near the national airport. Some of the staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Marian at the front desk. The rooms aren't bad, either. But the hotel itself is rather depressing, and it gets noisy when so many guests slam doors.

From the upper floors at the back, you get a good view of the airport. Even though it's nearby, the hotel is quiet, since flights stop after 22:30 and don't start again until 06:00. Breakfast is a decent buffet, and there's a nice selection on the evening menu.

Check-in was slow and confusing, and the small, awkward room wasn't clean enough. The toilet had very few amenities, and the shower was the smallest imaginable. Breakfast was so bad, with such slow and inefficient service, that I left almost all of it untouched. There are better affordable choices around the Sao Paulo downtown airport. Overall, poor accommodation and service.
