The setting is lovely, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the location really works. The rooms were clean and bright, and booking felt secure. The English-speaking staff helped me a lot.

Marcela made the stay especially good: she was polite, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is close to Congonhas Airport and the price felt fair. The room is simple but thoughtfully laid out, with what you need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. The bedding and towels were clean, there’s a private bathroom, and the shared kitchen area is near reception.

There are shops nearby that stay open late, handy for dinner or picking something up, and although breakfast isn’t provided, there’s a space with utensils to make something. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom small but good. It’s right beside the airport, so you can walk there, and the price is great for what you get. The only snag was that the power had gone out when I needed to leave before dawn for my flight. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the fault of São Paulo state’s “wonderful” government.

It’s very close to the airport, and the place is simple, but it worked for a one-night layover. If you’re a light sleeper, though, I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s a lot of noise from planes and cars.
