Studios Expo Stay

We had a lovely six-day stay. The place was quiet and clean, with a beautiful balcony view, and it worked well for two people. Iron was very attentive and gave us all the information we needed. I'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and reliable.

The owner's attention stood out. They checked whether anything could be improved, and the building felt very secure and easy to deal with. Everything was very clean, with little treats like candies and assorted coffee capsules. The furniture was new, and the internet, TV, dishes, and pans were good quality. The sheets and towels looked very well sanitized. We loved it and would recommend it. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it an 11.

Iron was a wonderful host and took care of every detail to make sure things were just right. The studio was modern, practical, and very clean, with a perfect location right by Tucuruvi metro and the shopping mall. I highly recommend staying here.

I really recommend this stay! The apartment matched its description and was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed and pillows. The fast internet and roomy table worked well for home office. There was also a lovely view of São Paulo, a great location, gym, pool, and included parking. The host was easy to reach and happy to answer questions and help us have a great stay. Thank you!
