The building has great facilities, including a pool, gym and laundry, and entry is by facial recognition. Excellent location.

The apartment is lovely and well equipped, and everything was very clean, from the bedding and towels to the blanket. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back. The balcony faces the sunset, though the buildings opposite block quite a bit of sunlight. There are solar-screen blinds, and with the air conditioning they keep the room very comfortable. The place is pleasant and quiet, with breakfast spots and a market close by, and the metro station is walkable. Vila Madalena’s bars and restaurants are nearby too. I’d suggest walking there in the late afternoon, then taking an Uber back because there are hills around.
