Really awful. The place was dirty and felt unsafe, with few cameras around and lots of homeless people on the street. The entrance door had no security lock, so anyone could come and go. I don't recommend it at all.

The location is great, and the apartment itself could be nice, but the hygiene problems were alarming, even for us as backpackers who are used to a lot. The kitchen was never cleaned, and the owner's things were all left as they were. The furniture was in very poor shape, and the drawers were so dirty I wanted to shut each one as soon as I opened it. The bathroom was just as bad. There was hair everywhere, and the toilet was rarely clean. This felt more like staying with a very unhygienic private individual than in accommodation that should be rented out. I can't understand how it got such good reviews. The negatives outweigh the positives.
