When we arrived, the property was closed and nobody was there or answering the phone. We managed to reach the owner on WhatsApp an hour later. He wouldn't give us the room and offered a cheap hostel somewhere else instead.

I slept and rested well because the place was so quiet. The room and bathroom were clean, and the shared kitchen and living room were well organized. There was a wardrobe, a minibar, and a comfortable table and chair. The electric shower actually worked in cold weather, too. The one annoying thing was the room light, which kept switching off because of its sensor. I had to leave the bathroom light on to keep the room lit. The owner is a very good person.

The place was dirty and the stay was awful. The listing promised a fan, Wi-Fi, TV and other things, but there was no fan, the TV didn't work, and the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach the room. For the high price, they should at least provide these basic things for a stay.

We were welcomed nicely, and the room was spacious with an ensuite bathroom. It had towels, sheets, a pillowcase, and a desk and chair for studying. There's no window or exhaust fan in the bathroom, but since we only stayed one night, it wasn't a problem.

I never actually stayed there. When I arrived, a manager named Douglas told me over WhatsApp they couldn't accommodate me because the guest had extended their stay. Avoid this dump. Mr. Manager showed no respect for the customer.
