The place is close to everything, which was a big plus. I’d wanted somewhere quiet to unwind, and this worked out well. Everyone was super friendly and chatty, and I had a nice stay.

In a city as hectic and chaotic as São Paulo, this place felt like an oasis. Its location was good, and it was safe and practical, so I had plenty of freedom and independence day to day. Dona Silvia, the building’s welcoming, home-like feel helped ease how much I missed home.

The owner was attentive from before my trip right through to my departure. Having a small kitchen in the room was really practical. Like I do when I travel abroad, I bought groceries at a supermarket on the first day and took an Uber there, so I’d have breakfast and snacks ready. The mattress was great, and there was enough space.

I got good service from the start, with a clear explanation of how everything worked. The accommodation had everything I needed. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

At Vila 50, everything was organized, the place felt cozy, access was easy, and the price was fair. Above all, I’m grateful for the way Silvia treated me. Even though she didn’t know me, she stepped in with care when my family had a situation to deal with 300 km away, and helped some of my relatives at Vila 50. Thank you, Silvia. May God always bless you.
