The area around the hotel seemed safe, though it felt mostly like an office district. My stay at the Wyndham was a little unusual because apparently people can buy a room and rent it out like an Airbnb. The stay otherwise worked like a normal Wyndham room, but some things, including breakfast, weren't included. Suite 505 was comfortable, clean, and roomy, about what I'd expect from a mid-tier US hotel chain.

The reception team was very kind, although one of my requests wasn't fulfilled. The location is excellent, and the rooms are bigger than average with very new furniture. Breakfast was reasonably good, somewhat above average.

This place feels worn out and far from today's standards. One light didn't work, and the fourth floor smelled like pee. I expected a tidy 3-4 star hotel, but it was nowhere near what I had in mind. Don't expect much. At this price and in this category, I'd rather stay somewhere else. IBIS is much better.

Breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were clean. The price and location were great too. Check-in took about 30 minutes because of all the paperwork, and the staff didn't seem happy to be there. My Diamond status got me nothing.

The room cards kept failing, so I had to go down to reception again and again. With the elevator also being poor quality, the card trouble made me really angry. The rooms were clean and breakfast was acceptable, and the hotel met my needs for a couple of nights in São Paulo, though the photos had led me to expect more.
