The staff were attentive and friendly during our week-long stay, and the hydromassage was excellent. The rest needs urgent maintenance. The breakfast wasn't good: the cakes were hard and seemed frozen, and the toaster was broken, only heating the top. A tap in our room leaked underneath and left water on the floor. After heavy rain, water came inside the inn and fell in the corridors. The pool smelled bad too.

There were frogs in the pool, people using marijuana in the common area, and an employee who gave guests nicknames or made fun of them when they turned their backs. I also found it unpleasant to hear that the eggs or coffee had run out, or to hear someone blamed for supposedly overheating the sandwich press until the glass table broke, when it has a thermostat that switches off at temperature. The place is well located and may once have been very good, but my impression is that the owners invest as little as possible while seeking maximum profit, with poor management and unqualified staff. I can't recommend it because of the lack of hygiene, manners, and respect. My stay was awful from the start. The room smelled moldy, and the toilet leaked where it met the floor. There were no other rooms available. When I went to put my bags away, the room was full of mosquitoes, and the pillow smelled strongly of mildew. The person in charge seemed willing to change the bedding and fix the leak, but when I returned that night, neither had been done. The same thing happened over the following days.

Pets are welcome, and we were grateful for the hospitality. The room was comfortable, clean, and airy, with a pool and a warm-water jacuzzi for relaxing after a day at the beach. The breakfast was simple, and everything tasted good. They have their own parking, and guests get the remote so they can come and go independently. It's at the end of the street, which felt more peaceful for a family traveling by car.

My family and I loved staying here. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and our rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Bringing our dogs along was easy, and we felt very comfortable. They were also flexible about our checkout. We'll definitely come back!
