Oceanica 1000 Beachfront Pousada

Breakfast was a real highlight, especially with the waves in view, and the rooms were spotless and carefully laid out. The pousada also has a sauna, an outdoor barbecue area, and a wood-burning stove. With only a few rooms, it feels quiet and intimate. We’ll absolutely come back. The beach is right in front, with the pool on one side and the pousada on the other. The setting is beautiful and calming, with lawns, coconut palms, flowers, fruit trees, and greenery all around. The property is clearly cared for, and that attention shows as soon as you arrive. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional. They speak English, which helped us, and seemed to take real pride in their work. The rooms were clean, and the lobby had a tasteful mix of artwork, possibly including international pieces as well as local and national ones. We were also impressed by the architectural details. The owner told us about the lovely Massaranduba wood used there.
